I'm Maci; the writer, cook, and photographer behind Maci's Kitchen

Born and raised in New York, I've always been surrounded by the most delicious food. Whether it was a restaurant down the street, or my mother's delicious home cooking, I was always a foodie. I love spending time in the kitchen with my mother either helping her cook, bake, or experiment(which always results in a fun mess). My ethnic Albanian background also introduced me into many delicious European foods and recipes that are definitely worth sharing.

My goal for this blog is to share all of my tasty, simple and attainable recipes that come from all different backgrounds. Hope you all enjoy!
