Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare your baking sheet. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan and place a wire rack over the sheet.

  2. To make your wings extra crispy, pat them down with a paper towel so they are completely dry.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the vegetable oil, garlic powder, baking powder, salt and pepper. Transfer over to the prepared baking rack.

  4. Bake the chicken for about 50 minutes, until the skin is gold and crispy. Make sure to flip the wings halfway through.

  5. In a saucepan, whisk together the hot sauce and butter. Cook until the butter is melted completely and combined thoroughly with the hot sauce.

  6. Heat your oven to the broiler setting. Prepare two bowls, one with the mild wing sauce and one with the BBQ sauce. Transfer half of the wings to each and toss until they’re completely coated with sauce. Return the wings back to the baking rack and broil for about 1-2 minutes, until the sauce caramelizes. Serve with ranch and your veggies and enjoy!
