Pan Grilled Lamb Chops
These juicy, pan grilled lamb chops are restaurant quality in the comfort of your kitchen. Serve these with my tzatziki sauce recipe or a chimichurri sauce and enjoy the flavor punch!
Yield: 5 Servings
Ingredients:
10 Lamb Loin Chops'
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
Chopped Parsley, for garnish
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Coat all sides of the lamb chops with the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and let them marinate in the fridge for a least 30 minutes (or you can leave them over night).
Remove your lamb chops about 30 minutes before you want to cook them to allow them to get to room temp. Preheat your grill pan or skillet on high heat and place in your lamb chops. Cook them for about 4 minutes on each side. This should give you a medium cooked chop (less time for a more rare meat or more time for a more well done meat. This is all about preference).
Remove from the skillet and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
